The project aims to make routine adult immunization a standard of care for post-acute and long-term care (PALTC) residents and an expectation for staff. AMDA is pleased to share the following Moving Needles resources and materials. In-Service for PALTC Staff on the Value of Vaccines AMDA surveyed frontline PALTC staff to determine their professional development preferences and attitudes about vaccines. Based on survey findings, the team developed a 30-minute in-service to be delivered by a clinical supervisor, as well as a brief supervisor training. It neutrally covers the following:
