Membership in MIMDA links you to physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and other licensed professionals in our settings, opening dialogues for problem-solving and information sharing. Networking creates opportunities to better understand practice in post-acute care, and helps you build relationships and gain support from other members.

MIMDA hosts an annual educational program in the Fall which features the most recent trends and challenges presented by the top long-term care experts in Michigan and the U.S. Members receive a discounted registration fee. This educational program provides Continuing Education credits.

Payments to MIMDA are not deductible as charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes. However, they may be deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.
